REGULAMENTO CAMPANHA UMA ZEISS VALE MAIS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) A presente campanha \u00e9 organizada pela Carl Zeiss Vision Brasil Ind\u00fastria \u00d3ptica Ltda. (\u201cZEISS\u201d), a qual n\u00e3o se enquadra nas modalidades de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o gratuita de pr\u00eamios dispostas na Lei n\u00ba. 5.769\/71, no Decreto n\u00ba. 70.951\/72, Portaria 41\/2008, do Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda, e respectivas regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o se sujeitando, portanto, aos seus termos, inclusive no que se refere \u00e0 necessidade de obten\u00e7\u00e3o de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via.<\/p>\n

2) A campanha iniciou em 01 de abril de 2019 e tem validade at\u00e9 30 de junho de 2019, podendo ser prorrogada ou cancelada, a crit\u00e9rio exclusivo da promotora da Campanha.<\/p>\n

3) Podem participar da Campanha consumidores e usu\u00e1rios de \u00f3culos que residam no Brasil e que possuam mais de 18 (dezoito) anos (\u201cPARTICIPANTE\u201d).<\/p>\n

4) Colaboradores da ZEISS e seus familiares, seus agentes e terceiros relacionados a eles e conectados diretamente \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o desta Campanha n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o participar, ficando vedada a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos.<\/p>\n

5) Constitui objeto da Campanha a compra de:<\/p>\n

a) Na compra de 1 (um) par de lentes ZEISS com tratamento DuraVision\u00ae\u00ae, podendo ser a lente: Progressivo, a partir de ZEISS Progressive Light D Freeform ou ZEISS Monofocal Individual, o \u201cPARTICIPANTE\u201d ganhar\u00e1 o 2\u00ba (segundo) par de lentes de valor igual ou inferior ao primeiro par de lentes adquiridos, com a obrigatoriedade de aplicar no segundo par um tratamento ZEISS DuraVision\u00ae\u00ae, arcando com os custos do tratamento e do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

b) Esta Campanha poder\u00e1 ser usufru\u00edda \u00fanica e exclusivamente pelo \u201cPARTICIPANTE\u201d que apresentar a mesma prescri\u00e7\u00e3o oftalmol\u00f3gica\/receita (mesmo m\u00e9dico e data), mesmas dioptrias (graus), em um \u00fanico ato de compra nas lojas parceiras da ZEISS, participantes da campanha. Os dois pares de lentes ZEISS (comprado e ganhado) dever\u00e3o ser inseridos, de uma \u00fanica s\u00f3 vez (juntos) no sistema da ZEISS pela \u00f3tica que atende ao \u201cPARTICIPANTE\u201d, na mesma data.<\/p>\n

c) N\u00e3o existe valor m\u00ednimo de compra obrigat\u00f3rio para a compra do primeiro par de lentes ZEISS, lentes participantes desta campanha.<\/p>\n

d) A loja parceira (loja autorizada a participar da campanha, s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 efetuar o pedido no sistema ZEISS de bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o do segundo par de lentes ZEISS obrigatoriamente com a compra do primeiro par para ativar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cPARTICIPANTE\u201d nesta campanha.<\/p>\n

e) Caso o PARTICIPANTE n\u00e3o efetue o pedido do segundo par de lentes que est\u00e1 ganhando nesta campanha, na mesma data da compra do primeiro par de lentes ZEISS, o mesmo perder\u00e1 o direito de ganhar o segundo par de lentes, pr\u00eamio previsto por esta campanha.<\/p>\n

f) S\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis para o segundo par de lentes, a que o participante poder\u00e1 ganhar como pr\u00eamio desta campanha, os itens destacados abaixo, desde que acompanhados do tratamento ZEISS DuraVision\u00ae \u00ae<\/sup>, pagando por ele, al\u00e9m de arcar tamb\u00e9m com os custos de servi\u00e7o s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n
